If the files furnished in this product prove to be defective, and provided that the original consumer purchaser notifies Higher Purpose within 48 hours of receipt of installation files, HIgher Purpose will replace the corrupted files (a) free of charge to the consumer purchaser, if the media proves to be defective within the ninety (90) day period following the date of purchased. Higher Purpose agrees to connect remotely to the end users computer to diagnose any installation errors that may initially occur at no cost to the purchaser.
