  You must be at least 18 years old to view this website, or utilize any of its resources. Any viewing of any page on this website, or the purchase of any product, will be considered as a statement by the viewer that said viewer is of the required age. 

Payment for orders can be made by via PayPal using credit cards or your personal or business PayPal account. If paying with PayPal, the buyer must have a verified PayPal account. International orders are welcomed, and may be paid with PayPal as long as the buyer is from a country on the PayPal accepted countries list.   

ZimbaTrading.com is not responsible for errors or omissions on the website. Although every attempt is made to reduce or eliminate any errors or omissions, they can occur. ZimbaTrading.com will not be able to honor the price of any item that has been mispriced. Please notify us should you find an error on the site. All sales are final. Due to the ease with which educational material can be copied, no refunds will be allowed. 

Please be sure before you make a purchase and email an associate with questions if need be. By making a purchase, the buyer agrees that he/she has read the terms and conditions, disclaimers, privacy policy, and cookies policy pages on the website, and understands and agrees to their contents. All Lessons or “Premium Content” articles are sold as ‘single-user’ items, and hence can never be copied, distributed, or resold. Refunds for membership, personal training, or Monthly subscription plans are not offered.  

Please read all information prior to subscribing to ensure that you would benefit from these reports. The moment you sign-in to your account as a new (or returning) member, you are granted access to every single archived day or week’s info.   The compromise in providing all reports in an easy to access archive is this policy and we apologize sincerely for any inconvenience it causes. The archives are meant to enhance your knowledge of patterns, concepts, and set-ups through repetition of seeing real-world examples, not just the perfect examples you see in textbooks. 

These restrictions are above and beyond the normal laws and rules that apply to copyrighted materials. Before purchasing content, buyers must agree to these additional terms related to downloadable content. Subscriber areas are for the use of the subscriber alone. 

Any sharing of passwords shall be considered a breach of the user agreement and may result in termination of the subscription without a refund of any kind. All ISP’s are logged by the server together with the password use. Subscriptions are sold for use with a single ISP only. Logging in from multiple ISP’s, or simultaneous logins, are a violation of the user agreement and will be cause for subscription termination without a refund of any kind.
